In-App Purchases & Refunds

The Service may offer in-app purchases, such as subscriptions or premium features.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless You cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where You made the purchase. Please refer to their respective refund policies for details.

Compliance: All in-app purchases comply with the payment policies of Apple and Google.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.
